We skill up underprivileged youth and contributes to national mission of SKILLING INDIA.

We bridge the Opportunity Gap for youths who drop out of school and lack access to formal education. Skilling helps them break the cycle of poverty; We Boosts Employability by Training them in our various clusters and opens up job opportunities. We Promote Economic Growth by skilling individuals who contribute more productively to local and national economies. Overall, we Empower various Communities who can support families, inspire peers, and uplift entire communities.

Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation

We focus on short-term, emergency aid providing right after a disaster strikes like rescue operations, emergency shelter, food and water distribution, medical aid, clothing and hygiene kits, temporary housing, etc. as per our capacity.

We also focus on restoring normalcy and improving resilience after the initial emergency has passed like rebuilding homes and infrastructure, restoring livelihoods (e.g., agriculture, jobs, etc.), psychosocial support and trauma counseling, health and education services restoration, skill development for affected populations, disaster preparedness training, etc.

Women Empowerment Programs

This refers to the process of increasing the capacity of women to make choices, control resources, access opportunities, and participate fully in social, economic, and political life.

Economic Empowerment- Access to jobs, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and asset ownership, etc. in the form of microfinance, self-help groups, skill development and so on.

Educational Empowerment- Ensuring access to quality education at all levels in the form of scholarships, adult literacy programs, and many more.

Social Empowerment- Challenging gender roles, ensuring safety, and increasing representation in decision-making in the form of gender equality campaigns, legal awareness, etc.

Health & Reproductive Rights- Access to healthcare, maternal care, family planning, and nutrition and includes health camps, awareness on health hygiene, etc.

Senior Citizen Welfare

This refers to programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at ensuring the health, dignity, security, and overall well-being of the elderly population.

Healthcare & Medical Support- Free/subsidized health checkups, geriatric care, mobile clinics, Insurance and support for chronic conditions.

Financial Security- Pensions, savings schemes, financial literacy and elder-friendly banking

Social Inclusion & Engagement- Daycare centers, clubs, community events, volunteering opportunities, Combating loneliness and isolation

Legal Rights & Protection- Awareness of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, Legal aid for property, abuse, or neglect issues

Digital Literacy- Training on smartphones, digital payments, telemedicine, etc.
